“多媒体案例教学”法,是高校“法律基础”课教学中一种深受师生欢迎的新型教学法,也是对当今社会科技发展与教育创新在高校政治理论课教学中的必然回应。遵循“慎选、精制、活用、反馈、协调、实效”的“多媒体案例教学”模式,能有效消除不当运用案例教学法带来的某些弊端,激发学生的学习兴趣,增强法律基础课的实效性。
The “multimedia case teaching” method is a new teaching method welcomed by teachers and students in the teaching of “law foundation” in colleges and universities, and is also a necessary response to the development of contemporary social science and technology and the innovation of education in the teaching of political theory at colleges and universities. Following the mode of “multimedia case teaching” of “careful selection, refinement, utilization, feedback, coordination and effectiveness”, it can effectively eliminate some disadvantages brought by improper use of case teaching method, stimulate students’ interest in learning and enhance the effectiveness of law basic course .
