宁政发[2016]179号各区人民政府,市府各委办局,市各直属单位:根据《省政府关于进一步加强安全生产监管执法工作的意见》(苏政发[2015]151号)精神,为切实加强我市安全生产法治建设,提升安全发展水平,维护人民群众生命财产安全和健康权益,现就加强安全生产监管执法工作提出以下实施意见。一、完善安全生产制度体系(一)落实地方性法规规章制度。认真贯彻实施《安全生产法》、《南京市安全生产条例》、《南京市轨道交通条例》、《南京市燃气管理条例》、《南京市电梯安全条例》等一批法律法规规章,修订出台《市政府有关部门和单位安全生产工作职责规定》。各区(开发区)、各负有安全生产监督管理职责的部门要准确把握安全生产形势和特点,有针对性地制定实施安全生产工作制度措施。
