目的对5年生人参出苗期参根和参苗中苹果酸脱氢酶(malate dehydrogenase,MDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(lactatedehydrogenase,LDH)、乙醇脱氢酶(Alcohol dehydrogenase,ADH)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(glucose-6-phosphatedehydrogenase,G6PDH)、α-磷酸甘油脱氢酶(α-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase,α-GPD)5种脱氢酶的活力进行比较。方法采用中性缓冲液提取粗酶液,应用分光光度法测定MDH,LDH,ADH,G6PDH,α-GPD的活力。结果在人参出苗期,参根和参苗中的5种脱氢酶活力变化趋势有所不同,并在不同时期出现峰值。结论 MDH,LDH,ADH,G6PDH,α-GPD的活力可以作为人参生长过程中长势优劣的评价指标。
Objective To investigate the effects of malate dehydrogenase (MDH), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH), glucose-6- The activities of five dehydrogenases, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH) and α-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase (α-GPD), were compared. Methods The crude enzyme solution was extracted with neutral buffer and the activities of MDH, LDH, ADH, G6PDH and α-GPD were determined by spectrophotometry. Results At the seedling stage of ginseng, the five kinds of dehydrogenase activity in ginseng root and ginseng seedlings showed different trends and showed peak values at different stages. Conclusion The vitality of MDH, LDH, ADH, G6PDH and α-GPD can be used as the evaluation indicators for the growth of ginseng during its growth.
