汉代是一个战争不断的朝代,在汉代统治的四百多年间一直与周边民族发生着战争。战争的频发使得原先的民间运动成为军事训练项目,并且在军事训练过程当中得到发展和普及。
The Han Dynasty was a continuous war dynasty. During the more than 400 years under the rule of the Han Dynasty, the Han Dynasty had been waging war with the neighboring nations. The frequent warfare made the original folk movement a military training project and was developed and popularized during military training.
