一、“色”腐败已到了必须坚决惩治的地步“色”腐败就是权色交易。实践中“色”腐败往往被认为是生活作风问题,实际上,它不仅仅是生活作风问题,它关系到领导干部的道德素养和政治形象,是权力腐败的一种新形式,正给社会带来日益严重的危害,应当引起我们的高度重视。第一,“色”腐败是干部腐败的重要表现。事实证明,在已查处的领导干部腐败案件中,“色”腐败是重要诱因,并且在领导干部腐败案件中占相当大的比重。干部“色”腐败的内容,已由一般的不正当两性关系向娶小妾、包养情妇发展,由境内嫖娼向境外嫖娼发展。
