《中华人民共和国慈善法》开始施行至今,已有整整一年的时间。伴随着《慈善法》的落地,慈善信托亦引发沸议,且持续热度不减。而今年7月10日,银监会和民政部联合发布的《慈善信托管理办法》,更进一步细化了慈善信托的管理规范。慈善信托业已成为信托业界一颗冉冉升起的“新星”。据统计,截至2017年7月26日,全国共成立慈善信托产品32只,实收信托规模约1.24亿元,涉及扶贫、教育、留守儿童等多个慈善公益领域。
The Charity Law of the People’s Republic of China has been in operation for a full year now. With the launch of the Charity Law, charitable trusts have also aroused controversy and kept on heating up. And July 10 this year, the China Banking Regulatory Commission and the Ministry of Civil Affairs jointly issued the “Charity Trust Management Measures” to further refine the management practices of charitable trusts. The charitable trust industry has become a rising star in the trust industry. According to statistics, as of July 26, 2017, 32 charity trusts have been set up in the country with a total amount of about 124 million trusts received, covering many areas of charity, such as helping the poor, educating children and left-behind children.
