开设播音专业的院校越来越多,在电台、电视台等传统媒体的岗位几乎已经处于饱和而自媒体又发展不成熟的状态下,文章试以江西传媒职业学院播音与主持专业为例,从培养目标、师资配备、学生情况三面进行分析,找到解决方法。
