通过纳氏试剂分光光度法测定氨氮的精密度偏性试验,对分析化验室监测数据的质量进行检验和评价。结果表明,精密度偏性试验的各种检验指标均达到要求,而且质控图分布合理,加标回收率合格;说明实验室测定结果的准确度和精密度较可靠,且人员素质和监测数据质量符合要求,实验室运行状况良好。
By Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometric determination of precision of ammonia nitrogen bias test, analysis of laboratory monitoring data quality inspection and evaluation.
