2007年7月1～8日,在教育部国际司的安排和部署下,回国参加“2007中国海外学子辽宁(大连)创业周”(以下简称“大连创业周”)重要活动——“‘春晖杯’中国留学人员创新创业大赛”(以下简称“春晖杯”创业大赛)的部分优秀留学人员组成服务团,分赴重庆、贵州、黑龙江、内蒙古等省区市开展服务活动,把留学人员的科技项目和创新成果进一步引向西部和东北地区,积极支持西部开发和振兴东北事业的发展。
From July 1st to August 8th, 2007, under the arrangement and deployment of the International Department of the Ministry of Education, they returned to participate in the “2007 China Overseas Student Liaoning (Dalian) Business Week” (hereinafter referred to as “Dalian Business Week”) - - The “Chunhui Cup” China Overseas Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest“ (hereinafter referred to as the ”Chunhui Cup" entrepreneurial competition) consists of some outstanding overseas students who are sent to Chongqing, Guizhou, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia and other provinces and cities to carry out the service team. The service activities will further guide the overseas students’ scientific and technological projects and innovations to the western and northeast regions and actively support the development of the western region and the development of the northeastern undertaking.
