The construction of the Central Asia Natural Gas Pipeline and the West Second Line will put off the fourth plumbing of pipeline construction in China. The separation of construction and management, and the construction and operation of multinational pipelines in different countries will provide valuable reference for the future construction of oil and gas pipelines.
