292菜用大豆是1995年从台湾省引进的。该品种丰产,早熟,品质优良,鲜毛豆营养丰富,肉质脆嫩,风味清香,口感好,是蔬菜中的佼佼者。它既能在国内鲜销,又可以速冻加工出口,尤其是日本人最喜欢食用。我们经过二年试种,平均亩产毛豆500-610kg,每公斤价格8元左右,每亩经济效益可达4000-4880元。其栽培技术与本地毛豆有较大的区别,现介绍如下: 一、特征特性 (一)特征植株生长势强,株型紧凑,株高约45-51cm。主茎粗大,9节左右,分枝不甚发达,为有限结荚习性,结荚较密,不易倒伏。百粒重60.1-64.3g,单株荚重47.2g,适宜密植。 (二)特性 292发芽最低温度是10℃,最适温度25℃,最高温度是35℃。温度高低对大豆发芽率和发芽势有显著影响。出苗至分枝约需20-25天,在短日照条件下,分枝至开花约需20-40天。 二、栽培要点 (一)播种与育苗 292菜用大豆春秋两季均可栽培。种子先行晒种2-3天,拣去病籽、杂籽。(1)
