进入21世纪,资源竞争成为国际竞争的核心,而资源竞争的重心则是能源的竞争。近年来,东北亚地区经济快速发展,东北亚各国对能源需求逐年增加,各国间的能源竞争日趋激烈。能源安全再度成为各国政府和学术界关注的热门话题。从东北亚能源合作的动因、必然性、局限性以及东北亚各国能源合作的基础等诸方面进行分析,可寻找出东北亚能源合作的原则及路径。
In the 21st century, resource competition has become the core of international competition, while the focus of resource competition is energy competition. In recent years, with the rapid economic development in Northeast Asia, the demand for energy in Northeast Asian countries has been increasing year by year, and the energy competition among all countries has become increasingly fierce. Energy security has once again become a hot topic of concern to governments and academics all over the world. From the motivation, necessity and limitation of energy cooperation in Northeast Asia and the foundation of energy cooperation among Northeast Asian countries, we can find out the principle and route of energy cooperation in Northeast Asia.
