医院的各方面的管理都影响着整体的管理水平,档案管理就是其中之一,也是比较重要的方面,所以必须加大对档案管理的投资力度,保证医院档案管理工作顺利开展。其中最重要的就是拥有一支高水平的档案管理人员,这些人员不仅熟悉现代化的操作,还了解相关的法律规范,最关键的是要具有责任心,工作踏实。本文主要通过对医院档案管理现状的介绍,进而探讨了加强医院档案管理,服务医院建设的措施,希望能够为医院档案管理事业的发展提供借鉴。
All aspects of hospital management affect the overall management level. File management is one of the most important aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to increase investment in file management and ensure the smooth progress of hospital file management. One of the most important is to have a high level of file management staff, who are not only familiar with the modern operation, but also understand the relevant laws and regulations, the key is to have a sense of responsibility, work steadily. This paper introduces the current situation of hospital file management, and then discusses measures to strengthen hospital file management and hospital construction, hoping to provide reference for the development of hospital file management.
