研究了Sup6钢坯加热过程中不同加热温度和保温时间对其脱碳的影响,分析了脱碳组织形貌的演变规律,同时建立了试验钢在高温(950~1250℃)条件下的脱碳层预报模型。结果表明,温度在950~1150℃,保温时间为20、30 min时,随着温度的升高,Sup6脱碳层深度逐渐增大,1150~1250℃后开始降低;保温时间大于60 min时,脱碳层深度随着温度的升高而增大。温度在950~1250℃时,脱碳层深度随着保温时间的延长而呈线性增大。温度达到1250℃时,保温20~30min,氧化速度大于脱碳速度;保温30~90min时,脱碳速度大于氧化速度。
The influence of different heating temperature and holding time on the decarburization of Sup6 billet was studied. The evolution of the morphology of decarburized structure was analyzed.
