The aim of this study was to evaluate the left ventricular diastolic function using Doppler to show the left ventricular filling spectrum. The ratio between the peak blood flow velocities (E / A) <1 during early left ventricular filling and atrial systole was considered to be a pathological feature of left ventricular mitral constriction injury.
