随着办公自动化的普及,办公自动化逐渐在机关、企事业单位公务活动中占据主导地位,由此产生大量电子文件,如何管理好电子文件及归档后形成的电子档案,成为新形势下档案人员需要思考的问题。本文对电子文件的特点进行了综述,重点结合实际,论述了当前电子文件归档中存在的问题,对当前完善电子文件归档管理提出了相应建议。
