本文对“光谱分析中增量法的一种数学计算法”实际应用方面提出两点改进的建议:(一)事先对试样元素含量X作大致准确的估计,再用Z_1=x,Z_2=5X作为确定两个增量的大小。(二)用扣除背景并以背景为内标线进行分析。从而使该法得到更为切实的应用。通过在同样操作条件下的比较,得出该法的准确度虽比“三标准试样法”稍低,但比“掺入杂质法”高得多。
In this paper, we propose two improvements to practical application of “a mathematical calculation method of incremental method in spectral analysis”: (1) Make a rough and accurate estimation of elemental content X in advance, then use Z_1 = x, Z_2 = 5X determines the size of two increments. (B) with background subtraction and background as the internal standard line for analysis. So that the law can be more practical application. By comparison under the same operating conditions, the accuracy of this method is slightly lower than that of the “three standard sample method”, but it is much higher than that of “impurity-doped method”.
