我司现有的三十多台同步电动机励磁,长期以来均使用同轴传动的直流发电机,并按电流原则进行自动投励。这种励磁装置的主要缺点是励磁机的效率低且易发生故障,控制装置系采用有接点系统,经常出现毛病,以致不能准确自动投励,加重了操作和维护人员的负担,严重地威胁着主体机组的正常安全运转。为了提高系统的安全经济运行水平,我们采用可控硅励磁,甩掉原有老、大、笨的励磁机和其附属装置。目前可控硅励磁装置(KGLF和KGLFK)已在我司普遍作用,并且取得了较好的效果。遵照毛主席关于“要认真总结经验。”的教导,现将推广使用中的一些情况,介绍如后。
