例一 故障表现 彩带移动软弱无力,出现彩色打印误差。 故障原因 彩带伺服电机转子与轴之间因严重磨损而松动。 故障分析 此电机是铝制空心外转子式电机。转子与轴之间靠较紧密的配合而使轴转动,再通过机械传动而使彩带盒移动。带盒若移到极限位置而受阻时,转子与轴之间则靠打滑来解决这种过载情况。长期出现打滑,磨损严重时则会传动无力。电路工作原理如图1所示。
Example 1 Failure performance Ribbon movement is weak and there is a color printing error. Cause of the problem Ribbon servo motor rotor and shaft are loose due to severe wear. Fault Analysis This motor is an aluminum hollow outer rotor type motor. The tighter fit between the rotor and the shaft causes the shaft to rotate, and the ribbon cassette is moved through the mechanical transmission. If the tape cartridge is blocked when it is moved to the limit position, slipping between the rotor and the shaft will solve this overload condition. Long-term skidding occurs, and when the wear is severe, the transmission is weak. The circuit works as shown in Figure 1.
