JSB5-L型湿式混凝土喷射机组集湿喷、搅拌和自行走装置于一体,全机共由9大部分组成,全部采用液压系统控制,可应用于煤矿等含有瓦斯的矿井。对机组进行了生产能力、回弹率、喷射强度等基本性能试验,均达到设计及规范要求。同时进行了混凝土喷射试验,确保机器各系统的可靠运行,改进降温系统,使油温控制在机器正常运行范围内。
JSB5-L wet concrete jetting unit integrates wet spraying, mixing and self-propelled walking. The whole machine is composed of 9 major parts, all of which are controlled by hydraulic system and can be applied to mines and other mines with gas. The unit of the production capacity, rebound rate, jet strength and other basic performance tests, have reached the design and specification requirements. At the same time, concrete injection test was carried out to ensure the reliable operation of each system of the machine, to improve the cooling system and to control the oil temperature within the normal operating range of the machine.
