2009年9月7日,商务部发布年度第62号公告,决定自2009年9月8日起,继续按照2003年第49号公告、2005年第81号公告、2006年第65号公告、第68号公告和2007年第86号公告,对原产于俄罗斯、日本和韩国的进口丁苯橡胶实施反倾销措施,实施期限为5年。2014年3月7日,商务部发布年度第15号公告,宣布上述反倾销措施将2014年9月7日到期。自该公告发布之日起,国内产业或代表国内产业的自然人、法人或有关组织可在该反倾销措施到期日60天前,以书面形式向商务部提出期终复审申请。
On September 7, 2009, the Ministry of Commerce released Announcement No.62 of the year and decided to continue with the announcement of No. 49 of 2003, No. 81 of 2005, No. 65 of 2006, 68 and Bulletin No. 86 of 2007, the anti-dumping measures on imported SBR originating in Russia, Japan and South Korea were implemented for a period of 5 years. On March 7, 2014, the Ministry of Commerce released Announcement 15 of the Year, announcing that the above anti-dumping measures will expire on September 7, 2014. Since the date of the announcement, domestic industries or natural persons, legal persons or relevant organizations representing domestic industries may, within 60 days prior to the expiry date of the anti-dumping measures, file a written application for renewal of the final review with the Ministry of Commerce.
