云南松毛虫成虫提取物（ Ａ Ｄ Ｋ） 口服给药（３４３８ｍｇ／ｋｇ ，６８７６ｍｇ／ｋｇ 和１７１９０ｍｇ／ｋｇ） 小鼠的微核率分别为２ ．１６ ＋ ０ ．７６（ ‰） ，１ ．８３ ±０ ．４１（ ‰） 和１ ．６７ ±０ ．８１（ ‰） ，各剂量组与阴性对照组比较无显著性差异（ ｐ ＞ ０ ．０５） ，与环磷酰胺阳性组比较有极显著的差异（ ｐ ＜ ０ ．０１） ，说明在本实验条件下， Ａ Ｄ Ｋ 无诱发小鼠骨髓 Ｐ Ｃ Ｅ 微核率增加的作用。
The micronuclei rates of oral administration (3438mg / kg, 6876mg / kg and 17190mg / kg) of Yunnan Dendrolimus adult extract (ADK) were 2, respectively. 16 + 0. 76 (‰), 1. 83 ± 0. 41 (‰) and 1. 67 ± 0. 81 (‰).
