近年来,在框架工程隔墙、填充墙中,加气混凝土砌块或其他轻质制品已逐步取代了传统的粘土砖。有的工程外墙也采用了加气混凝土砌块。加气混凝土的应用,在综合利用粉煤灰、减轻结构重量(约35%)、降低地震荷载(约20%)、改善热工性能、改善隔声效果、降低工程造价等方面,效益十分明显。在加气混凝土墙面上抹灰有其特殊性,水泥砂浆标号越高,抹灰层越厚,刚性越大,越容易开裂;相反,抹灰层薄,标号低,在粘附条件好的情况下,就能较好地适应基层变形。我们在施工中,分析了墙面抹灰层开裂、空鼓、脱落原因,并制订了一系列技术措施。
In recent years, aerated concrete blocks or other lightweight products have gradually replaced traditional clay bricks in partition walls and infill walls of frame structures. Some engineering exterior walls also use aerated concrete blocks. The application of aerated concrete has obvious benefits in comprehensive utilization of fly ash, reduction of structural weight (about 35%), reduction of seismic load (about 20%), improvement of thermal performance, improvement of sound insulation effects, and reduction of project cost. . Plastering on the wall of aerated concrete has its particularity. The higher the cement mortar number is, the thicker the plastering layer is, the greater the rigidity is, the easier it is to crack; on the contrary, the plastering layer is thin, the labeling is low, and the adhesion condition is good. Under the circumstances, it can better adapt to the grassroots deformation. During construction, we analyzed the causes of cracking, emptying, and shedding of the wall plastering layer, and formulated a series of technical measures.
