为了解江苏省城市饮用水水质卫生状况,按照《全国饮用水卫生监测方案(2014版)》要求,分别于2014年枯水期(3—5月)和丰水期(7—9月),采集全省出厂水、末梢水和二次供水水样。市政供水丰水期出厂水进行水质指标全分析,其余水样检测水质常规指标。结果显示,2014年共监测水厂141座,以地表水为水源水的125座水厂供水方式为常规处理,16座以地下水为水源水的水厂供水方式以仅消毒为主。共监测常规分析水样2 379件,合格2 034件,合格率为85.50%;主要不合格指标为二氧化氯、游离余氯、耗氧量、总硬度、菌落总数、氟化物指标。共监测全分析水样58件,合格49件,合格率为84.48%,不合格指标包括常规指标游离余氯、锑、总硬度、四氯化碳、耗氧量及非常规指标二氯一溴甲烷。提示2014年江苏省城市饮用水水质良好,消毒剂、微生物、一般化学指标是主要不合格原因。
In order to understand the hygienic condition of drinking water quality in urban areas in Jiangsu Province, in accordance with the requirements of the “National Sanitary Monitoring Program for Drinking Water (2014 Edition)”, the data were collected in the dry season (March-May) and wet season (July-September) Province factory water, peripheral water and secondary water supply samples. The results showed that in 2014, a total of 141 waterworks were monitored, and 125 waterworks that use surface water as their source of water were routinely treated. Of the 16 waterworks that use groundwater as their source of water, only water was disinfected. A total of 2 379 water samples were routinely monitored, with 2 034 samples passing the test. The pass rate was 85.50%. The main unqualified indicators were chlorine dioxide, free residual chlorine, oxygen consumption, total hardness, total number of colonies and fluoride index. A total of 58 water samples were monitored and 49 were qualified with a pass rate of 84.48%. The unqualified indicators included the conventional indicators of free residual chlorine, antimony, total hardness, carbon tetrachloride, oxygen consumption and unconventional indicators of dichlorobromomethane . It is suggested that the quality of drinking water in urban areas of Jiangsu Province in 2014 is good, and disinfectants, microorganisms and general chemical indicators are the main reasons for the nonconformity.
