对果胶酶和木聚糖酶在棉秆皮中的脱果胶效果及对化学制浆的影响进行了研究。结果表明,果胶酶和木聚糖酶均有脱果胶能力,且果胶酶的脱果胶能力优于木聚糖酶,在果胶酶用量为6IU·g-1时,脱果胶率达到73.5%。对化学漂白浆的影响结果显示,果胶酶可以显著降低成纸的尘埃度至13.9mm2·m-2,而木聚糖酶对纸浆的漂白有显著的助漂作用,所得漂白浆白度最高,为79.4%ISO。
The pectolytic effect of pectinase and xylanase in cotton stalk bark and its influence on chemical pulping were studied. The results showed that pectinase and xylanase both have pectin-removing ability, and pectinase has better pectin-removing ability than xylanase. When pectinase amount is 6IU · g-1, Rate reached 73.5%. The results of the chemical bleaching slurry showed that the pectinase can significantly reduce the dust degree of the paper to 13.9mm2 · m-2, and xylanase bleaching bleaching pulp significant bleaching effect, the bleached pulp obtained the highest whiteness , 79.4% ISO.
