深圳群众美术在改革开放大时代背景下,在深圳特区高速建设的氛围中迅速发展,创作队伍不断壮大,创作水平不断上升。八方文化资源汇聚、艺术多元高质、艺术家勤奋进取已成为一种深圳优势。具有雄厚创作实力和竞争力以及时代精神品质、艺术品质的都市群众美术新格局已经形成。深圳群众美术的繁荣与发展,对深圳“文化立市”战略目标的实现具有重要意义,对探索国内城市群众美术发展也将起到积极作用。
Under the background of the great era of reform and opening up, the mass art in Shenzhen has developed rapidly in the atmosphere of high-speed construction in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. The creative team has grown continuously and the creative level has been on the rise. P Plus cultural resources convergence, multi-quality art, artists diligent enterprising has become a Shenzhen advantage.
