一、问题的提出社会上一些杂牌商品充斥市场,名牌商品供不应求的现象是人们熟知的。杂牌商品之所以销售不畅,就是因为商品质量不好、服务不好、信誉低。名牌商品质量好、服务好、信誉高。例如:十大名酒供不应求,名牌自行车紧俏难购。沈阳的C6140车床,在调整时期仍畅销国内等等。这些例子充分说明质量好、信誉高有优越的竞争能力,在任何冲击下能安稳如山立于不败之地,企业在竞争中得到了发展。
