目的比较截针器和安全盒在保证安全注射方面的利弊。方法根据经济状况,在四川省抽取3个市,采用现况调查和回顾性研究相结合的方法,对比在预防接种服务中,截针器与安全盒保证安全注射情况,开展成本效益和可行性研究。结果截针器和安全盒的成本分别为0.045元/针、0.046元/针,接种人员对截针器的接受程度显著高于安全盒(χ2=5.93,P<0.05),在使用截针器时未发生针刺事件。结论在预防接种服务中应推广使用截针器。
Objective To compare the pros and cons of needle and safety boxes in ensuring safe injections. Methods According to the economic conditions, three cities were selected in Sichuan Province. The status quo and retrospective studies were used to compare the safety of injectors and safety boxes in vaccination services, and cost-effectiveness and feasibility were compared the study. Results The costs of the needle-cutter and the safety box were 0.045 yuan / needle and 0.046 yuan / needle, respectively. The vaccination personnel’s acceptability to the needle-cutting device was significantly higher than that of the safety box (χ2 = 5.93, P <0.05) No acupuncture occurred. Conclusion The use of needle retractors should be promoted in vaccination services.
