目的探讨心肌酶谱在小儿肺炎患儿中的变化,以进一步指导临床治疗,改善肺炎预后。方法随机选择100例肺炎患儿作为观察组进行心肌酶谱测定,并分为轻症肺炎组和重症肺炎组进行对比,同期选择门诊健康检查的儿童40例作为对照组与观察组进行对比。结果观察组患儿的心肌酶谱高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);重症肺炎组心肌酶谱高于轻症肺炎组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论小儿肺炎时存在心肌酶谱异常,病情越重,心肌酶谱升高越明显,心肌酶谱改变可以及时发现心肌损害,有利于及时治疗处理,对病情的监测以及病情轻重的判断有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the changes of myocardial enzymes in children with pneumonia and further guide the clinical treatment to improve the prognosis of pneumonia. Methods 100 cases of children with pneumonia were selected randomly as the observation group for myocardial enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The patients were divided into mild pneumonia group and severe pneumonia group. 40 children in the outpatient health checkup group were selected as the control group and the observation group for comparison. Results The myocardial enzymes of observation group were higher than those of control group (P <0.01). The myocardial enzymes of severe pneumonia group were higher than that of mild pneumonia group (P <0.01). Conclusions There is an abnormal myocardial enzyme profile in children with pneumonia. The more severe the disease is, the more significant the myocardial enzyme spectrum is increased. The myocardial enzyme spectrum changes can detect myocardial damage in time, which is in favor of timely treatment and treatment. It is important to monitor the condition and judge the severity of the disease Clinical significance.
