十几年前的黎红村,集体经济不仅是空壳,还欠着许多外债。村民生活贫困,住房拥挤,有的人家吃水都困难。 如今的黎红村,却是一派新气象。集体固定资产总值600多万元,人均收入超过4000元,人均居住面积达到30平力米。全村有彩电398台,占总户数的108.7％,三分之二的农户安装了电话,三分之一的农户有手机,家家吃上了自来水。黎红村已成为白山市的第一个“小康村”。
