黄曲霉及其产生的黄曲霉毒素严重影响人畜健康。本文介绍了利用枯草芽孢杆菌、哈氏木霉和脱乙酰壳多糖等生物制剂在玉米采前对雌穗进行单一或混合处理,结果对黄曲霉的生长及黄曲霉毒素的产生都具有不同程度的抑制作用。
Aspergillus flavus and aflatoxin produced by it seriously affect human and livestock health. This article describes the use of Bacillus subtilis, Trichoderma reesei and chitosan and other biological agents in the corn before harvest of the ears of a single or mixed treatment, the results of Aspergillus flavus growth and aflatoxin production have varying degrees of Inhibition.
