中职教育作为为社会输出基层工作人员的主要渠道之一,肩负着培养社会需要的基层工作人员的重要任务。同时,由于社会需求量大的高技能型人才的缺失,为中职教育提供了可行的目标。因此,如何在课堂理论教学的同时提升学生实践技能,工商模拟市场起着不可替代的作用,本文将针对工商模拟市场在东莞市中职学校开展的情况进行分析,发现其优势及问题,并就存在问题进行分析,寻求可行性方案的研究。
Secondary vocational education, as one of the main channels for exporting grass-roots workers to society, shoulders the important task of grassroots workers who need to cultivate the society. At the same time, due to the lack of highly skilled personnel with large social needs, it provides feasible targets for secondary vocational education. Therefore, how to improve students’ practical skills while teaching theories in the classroom and to play an irreplaceable role in business simulation market, this article will analyze the situation of industrial and commercial simulation market in secondary vocational schools in Dongguan and find its advantages and problems. Problems are analyzed and the feasibility study is sought.
