以抗坏血酸(C6H8O6)为还原剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为分散剂,通过液相还原硝酸银溶液制备纳米银粉。经SEM表征和纳米粒度及电位分析仪测试,纳米银粉的平均粒径为5~10 nm。将制备的纳米银粉与PVA 217溶液混溶制备抗菌添加剂,采用涂布的方法将制备的抗菌添加剂均匀涂布在保鲜纸上,无菌实验室中自然晾干制得抗菌纸,选择大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌两种代表性菌种检测其抗菌性能。最后用抗菌纸在室温下对圣女果进行保鲜试验,研究抗菌纸的保鲜性能。结果显示:当PVA 217的最佳使用浓度为10%,纳米银粉的添加量为25μg·m L-1时,纳米银抗菌纸对以上两种菌种均有较好的抑制效果,可以明显提高圣女果的货架寿命。
Using ascorbic acid (C6H8O6) as reductant and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as dispersant, nano-silver powder was prepared by liquid-phase reduction of silver nitrate solution. SEM characterization and nano-particle size and potential analyzer test, the average particle size of nano silver powder 5 ~ 10 nm. The prepared nano silver powder is mixed with PVA 217 solution to prepare antibacterial additive, the antibacterial additive prepared by the coating method is evenly coated on the plastic wrap, and the antibacterial paper is naturally dried in an aseptic laboratory to select antibacterial paper, Staphylococcus aureus two representative species tested its antibacterial properties. Finally, antibacterial paper samara at room temperature preservation test to study the preservation of antibacterial paper performance. The results showed that when the optimal concentration of PVA 217 was 10% and the dosage of nano silver powder was 25μg · m L-1, the nano-silver antibacterial paper had better inhibitory effect on the above two kinds of bacteria and could be significantly improved Santa’s shelf life.
