1病历摘要患者男,47岁。因阴茎奇痒、躁动不安2 d入院。2d前不明原因下患者自诉阴茎奇痒,1d前曾在某院泌尿外科就诊,诊断为:泌尿系统感染,予氟哌酸口服,症状无缓解,遂来我院皮肤科就诊,疑诊为“药疹(固定红斑型)?”收入皮肤科病房进一步诊治。自发病来,患者否认有发热、头痛、呕吐、抽搐,否认有胸闷心悸气促、呼吸困难,家人代诉未见意识障碍。入院时多次追
