随着数控技术的不断发展和应用领域的扩大,社会对数控技术人才的需求越来越高。但由于种种原因现有的数控教学对数控人才的培养已经跟不上社会的需求,因此尝试新的教学方法已刻不容缓,而数控仿真教学可以很好的改善这一现象。本文以斯沃数控仿真软件为例,讲述其引入数控教学的必要性,进一步分析它在数控教学过程中的优点和不足,并提出弥补斯沃仿真软件不足的办法。
With the continuous development of numerical control technology and the expansion of the field of application, the demand of the society for numerical control technicians is getting higher and higher. However, due to various reasons, the existing numerical control teaching can not keep up with the needs of the society. Therefore, it is urgent to try new teaching methods. However, NC simulation teaching can improve this phenomenon well. In this paper, the numerical simulation software Sivo as an example, describes the necessity of its introduction of numerical control teaching, further analysis of its advantages and disadvantages in the numerical control teaching process, and to make up for the lack of simulation software Sivo method.
