Action research is a teaching research method that has attracted much attention in the education field at present. It focuses on solving problems encountered in practical teaching, and can enhance the rationality of self-education practice and acquire the process of professional growth. This article elaborates on the significance and path of carrying out action research, which helps to strengthen its research confidence and provide some help for the conduct of action research.
