本文对某钢厂生产的WQ690E钢进行了焊接热模拟、焊接冷裂纹敏感性试验和焊接接头力学性能试验。结果表明,WQ690E钢具有很强的淬硬倾向,t<30s时,能得到100%的马氏体组织;热影响区的过热区韧性较差,并且随冷却速度的降低显著恶化。冷裂纹敏感性试验表明,焊接WQ690E钢必须预热,当拘束条件比较苛刻时,预热温度需达到150℃以上;采用150℃左右的预热温度和1.7kJ/mm左右的线能量,并使用合理的超低氢焊材,能得到性能优良的焊接接头。本文的研究结果对于WQ690E钢的焊接工艺制定具有重要的指导意义。
In this paper, the WQ690E steel produced by a steel mill was subjected to the welding thermal simulation, the cold crack susceptibility test and the mechanical property test of the welded joint. The results show that WQ690E steel has a strong tendency of hardenability. At t <30s, 100% martensite can be obtained. The overheated zone in the heat affected zone is less ductile and deteriorates significantly with the cooling rate. Cold crack sensitivity test shows that welding WQ690E steel must be preheated, and when the restraint conditions are relatively harsh, the preheating temperature needs to reach over 150 ℃. Preheating temperature around 150 ℃ and line energy around 1.7kJ / mm are used, Reasonable ultra-low hydrogen welding consumables, can get excellent performance of the welded joints. The research results of this paper have important guiding significance for the welding process of WQ690E steel.
