Cost impact and inflation tolerance are the hot topics discussed by people from all walks of life both at home and abroad since the outbreak of the international financial crisis in 2008. The book begins with the Balassa-Samuelson model incorporating the turning point of Lewis and the price formation in international trade theory. By introducing Dornbusch and Fischer’s Total Supply-Aggregate Demand Analysis (AD-AS) framework, Sexually distinguishes between labor cost shocks (especially B-S effects) and the different impact mechanisms of commodity prices on aggregate supply and macroeconomics. It analyzes the relationship between cost shocks and demand pull-offs and makes empirical analysis using Chinese data , The most cost impact, inflation tolerance and macroeconomic policy
