后进生是每位老师课堂教学中必然存在的一种现象,特别是在农村中小学,存在后进生的现象更为严重。本人在二十多年农村学校所任教的数学学科的教学中体会到,后进生对数学学习产生了逆反心理是阻碍他们数学学习水平提高的一大难题。
Post-graduation is an inevitable phenomenon in every teacher's classroom teaching, especially in primary and secondary schools in rural areas. I have learned in the teaching of mathematics in rural schools taught by more than 20 years that backward students have aversion to mathematics learning, which is a major obstacle to their improvement of math learning.
