原发性腹膜后肿瘤的螺旋CT诊断探讨

目的对螺旋CT在原发性腹膜后肿瘤诊断中的应用价值进行分析。方法选取本院于2011年5月~2013年12月收治原发性腹膜后肿瘤患者31例进行研究。结果 31例原发性腹膜后肿瘤16例来自间叶组织,7例来自神经组织,7例为生殖细胞源性肿瘤,1例为淋巴瘤,共有恶性肿瘤19例。经手术及病理验证,CT定位分析准确率为90.32%,定性分析准确率为70.97%。结论在原发性腹膜后肿瘤临床诊断中,螺旋CT可对各肿瘤实现良好定位判断与定性判断,具有较高临床应用价值。 Objective To analyze the value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of primary retroperitoneal tumors. Methods 31 patients with primary retroperitoneal tumor in our hospital from May 2011 to December 2013 were selected for study. Results Twenty-one cases of primary retroperitoneal tumor originated from mesenchymal tissue, seven from neural tissue, seven from germ cell-derived tumors and one from lymphoma, with a total of 19 malignant tumors. After operation and pathological examination, the accuracy of CT localization analysis was 90.32% and the accuracy of qualitative analysis was 70.97%. Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of primary retroperitoneal tumor, spiral CT can achieve good localization judgment and qualitative judgment of each tumor, and has high clinical value.
