脑性钠利尿多肽(BNP)主要在心室生成。荒井等在自然发病高血压大鼠(SHR-SR)的心室发现有BNP mRNA,并且肥大的心室BNP合成明显亢进,BNP mRNA的发现左室>右室>右房=左房。正常血压大鼠(WKY)血中BNP约60%来自心室,而SHR-SR却有85%来自心室。根据这些报道可以推测,在慢性肺心病时右室肥大的病理生理可能与右室合成BNP亢进有关。
Brain Natriuretic Peptide (BNP) is mainly produced in the ventricles. Arai et al found that BNP mRNA was found in the ventricles of spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR-SR), and hypertrophy of ventricular BNP synthesis was significantly increased. BNP mRNA was found in left ventricular> right ventricle> right atrium = left atrium. Approximately 60% of BNP in the blood of normal blood pressure rats (WKY) comes from the ventricle, whereas 85% of SHR-SR comes from the ventricles. According to these reports, it is speculated that the pathophysiology of right ventricular hypertrophy in chronic cor pulmonale may be related to the synthesis of right ventricular BNP hyperthyroidism.
