目的:研究侧柏球果石油醚部位的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法分离侧柏球果石油醚部位的化学成分,并根据波谱数据和理化性质鉴定其结构。结果:分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:山达海松酸(1)、6α-羟基山达海松酸(2)、ent-isopimara-8(14),15-dien-3β,19-diol(3)、ent-isopimara-8(9),15-dien-3β-ol(4)、ent-isopimara-8(14),15-dien-3β-ol(5)、异柏酸(6)和15-乙酰基异柏酸(7)。结论:化合物2和7均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical components of the petroleum ether part of oriental arborvitae. Methods: The chemical constituents of petrolatum were prepared by column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and physicochemical properties. Results: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as sandaracopimaric acid (1), 6α-hydroxyadaparin (2), ent-isopimara-8 (14), 15-dien-3β, 19-diol Isopimara-8 (9), 15-dien-3β-ol (4), ent- isopimara-8 (14), 15-dien-3β- 15-acetyl isobalic acid (7). Conclusion: Compounds 2 and 7 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
