优秀的教师都善于进行反思,没有反思的教学就没有提高,不善于反思的教师就不是一个优秀的教师。教师对教学准备的充分与否,直接关乎教学效果和学生的学习效率。因此,做好政治教学、提高政治教学效果,是每一名教师追求的目标。教师怎样引导一节课的教学,是教学效果和学习效率提高的保证。
Excellent teachers are good at reflection, there is no improvement in teaching without reflection, not good at reflection of the teacher is not a good teacher.
