企业管理的实质是“管人”。是通过对人控制、协调,来达到发展生产,提高企业经营效益的目的。传统管理是把人看成“经济人”,对人的管理是消极控制,重物而不重人。现代管理则日益重视人的作用,把人看成“社会人”。通过对人的心理状态,情绪等方面的激励,达到提高工作效率的目的。现在,发达国家出色的企业,都非常重视入的因素。当前,改革的重点是增强企业的活力。而企业活力的源泉在于全体职工的积极性,智慧和创造力。所以,在企业管理中,每个行政领导干部必须真正树立以人为本的新观念,确定以人为中心的管理意识。通过做人的工作,有效地调动全体职工积极性,为实现我国当前和长远的目标而努力奋斗。
The essence of business management is “custodian”.
