样品经浓硫酸,浓硝酸及五氧化二矾在140℃沙浴中消化,采用GB5009.17-85中的冷原子吸收法测定9个水产食品罐头中汞的含量。同时探讨了该方法的试剂用量,吸附性小颗粒对样品测定结果的影响。结果表明:被测食品罐头中汞的含量均低于国家规定的标准限量,空白回收率和样品空白回收率均大于95%,标准曲线的线性关系也达到极显著水平。
Samples were concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid and pentaoxide in 140 ℃ sand bath digestion, GB5009.17-85 by the cold atomic absorption method for the determination of mercury in nine aquatic food cans. At the same time, the amount of reagents and the influence of adsorptive small particles on the determination of the sample were discussed. The results showed that the content of mercury in the canned food was lower than the standard limit set by the state. The blank recovery rate and the blank recovery rate were more than 95%. The linearity of the standard curve also reached a very significant level.
