目的 探讨急性脑梗死患者血小板计数 (PLT)、平均血小板体积 (MPV)、血小板分布宽度 (PDW )、大血小板比率 (P -LCR)变化。方法 检测 98例脑梗死患者和 80例健康体检者的PLT、MPV、PDW、P -LCR数值。结果 脑梗死组的PLT较对照组降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,MPV、PDW、P -LCR均较正常组升高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 急性脑梗死患者血小板数量及其体积改变是脑梗死的重要危险因素
Objective To investigate the changes of platelet count (PLT), mean platelet volume (MPV), platelet distribution width (PDW) and large platelet ratio (P-LCR) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The PLT, MPV, PDW and P-LCR values of 98 patients with cerebral infarction and 80 healthy subjects were detected. Results Compared with the control group, PLT in cerebral infarction group was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). MPV, PDW and P-LCR in cerebral infarction group were higher than those in normal group (P <0.05). Conclusion Platelet count and volume change in patients with acute cerebral infarction are important risk factors of cerebral infarction
