深入开展学习实践科学发展观活动对推动地方高校的科学发展有重大意义。新时期,我国地方性高校在谋求科学发展的过程中呈现出一些阶段性特征及具体问题。当前,地方高校党委应以科学发展观为指导,积极发挥领导核心作用,为不断推动地方高等教育事业科学发展,实现新时期高等教育又好又快发展做出更大的贡献。
Carrying out the activities of studying and practicing the scientific outlook on development deeply is of great significance to promoting the scientific development of local colleges and universities. In the new era, local colleges and universities in our country have shown some characteristics and specific problems in the process of seeking scientific development. At present, the Party committees of local colleges and universities should, under the guidance of the scientific concept of development, actively give play to their leadership core role and make greater contribution to the continuous promotion of the scientific development of local higher education and the sound and rapid development of higher education in the new era.
