作者针对橡胶轮磨粒磨损试验机存在的主要问题,为实现“等摩擦面”试验方法改进了试验机的结构,制定了一套较为合理的试验规范,以保证平均单位压力在试验过程中始终保持不变,从而获得了精度较高的试验数据。
Aiming at the main problems existing in rubber wheel abrasive wear testing machine, the author improved the structure of testing machine to achieve the “equal friction surface” test method and set a more reasonable test code to ensure the average unit pressure during the test Remain unchanged, resulting in higher precision test data.
