目的了解北京市海淀区妇幼保健院职工身体健康状况和探讨预防保健措施。方法综合该院2007—2009年的体检结果,找出患病率较高的疾病种类,分析其年度变化趋势。结果 3年体检中高脂血症、高尿酸血症,糖尿病、龋齿患病率差异有统计学意义,有上升趋势;女性乳腺增生检出率分别为48.70%、29.30%、38.11%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=46.169,P<0.01)。高血压病、甲状腺结节、甲状腺癌、乳腺癌、宫颈防癌细胞学检查中非典型细胞不能除外高度病变,(ASC-H)4种疾病在3年的检查中无差异(P>0.05)。结论单位要加强职工的健康教育,职工要采取有针对性的保健措施,重视自身健康,重点改善生活行为。
Objective To understand the health status of staff and workers in Haidian MCH and discuss the preventive measures. Methods The physical examination results of this hospital from 2007 to 2009 were combined to find out the types of diseases with higher prevalence and to analyze their annual trends. Results The prevalence of hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia, diabetes mellitus and dental caries in the three-year physical examination was statistically significant, with an upward trend; the prevalence of breast hyperplasia in women was 48.70%, 29.30% and 38.11% respectively, with statistical differences Significance (χ2 = 46.169, P <0.01). Hypertension, thyroid nodules, thyroid cancer, breast cancer and cervical anti-cancer cytology can not exclude high-grade atypical cells, there was no difference in the three diseases (ASC-H) . Conclusion The unit should strengthen the health education of staff and workers, workers should take targeted health care measures, attach importance to their own health, focusing on improving living behavior.
