从个体的自身因素和外界因素两个方面探讨了大学生心理疾患产生的原因 ,提出了“脆弱个体”与“成熟个体”观 ,绘制了“生活事件对‘脆弱个体’和‘成熟个体’的作用图”,并在此基础上建立了初步的理论模型。最后 ,提出了高校大学生心理保健的对策 :形成高校内部全员参与机制 ,建立以学生为主体的自助、互助机制 ,实行学校、家庭共同作用的机制。
